Although its a lot easier for a girl to approach a guy and not need to eject, because if he fancies her then she is in. Still the number of girls that won't approach for fear of rejection or looking to run before crawling is quite high in my circles of friends. I always try to get them to see it as a game with the outcome being just starting a conversation rather than getting a 'date' lol but what you've written here has broken it down it a very comprehensive way ;) I also just want to say the harder part for AA with girls is the art of being subtle and indirect.
